How much does shipping cost within the country?
We provide free standard shipping on all mattress orders. Premium white-glove delivery, which includes setup and old mattress removal, is available for a small additional fee.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our mattresses come with a comprehensive 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural indentations greater than 1.5 inches.
Are your mattresses compatible with adjustable bases?
Most of our hybrid and memory foam models are designed to be flexible and are fully compatible with modern adjustable power bases and slatted frames.
How long does it take for a bed-in-a-box to expand?
While you can sleep on your mattress within a few hours, we recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours for the foam layers to fully expand and reach their intended firmness level.
